My buddy,

, asked me to draw him some Romulans from Star Trek in Tolkien-esque elf armour. So I did!

I wussed out of drawing a whole suit of armour, so I hope portrait style is okay. I've based the Romulans' appearences off of the commanders who appear in the original Star Trek series. Also, credit to Weta Workshop for the elvish armour design.

OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REAL Romulans from the Original Star Trek!!!!!!! They're my FAVORITE alien race of ANY sci-fi series ever - Space Romans with pointed ears!!!! The LOTR elf armour suits them so well, it's so wonderful getting to see these guys again!!! AND by such a talented artist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please excuse my exuberance, but seeing you draw something TOS related in your style is just beyond awesome.

Wonderful work again! I love the white outline so that the characters are not "smooshed" into the background.

The armor, or what I can see of it anyway. seems great! Don't shy away, it looks great!

And the woman's hair looks gorgeous, absolutely wonderful. Great work!
