Another very belated birthday picture for the one, the only

.

Now the thing you need to know about my good friend Io is that she is a master story teller, who creates the most interesting characters possible. Furthermore, you're unlikely to find snappier dressers.

I've drawn two of the main characters from her story Salva Nos (hence the title). The lady in black is Nemu Poliet, who works for Future Integrated Applied Technologies ' Department for Internal Affairs. She specialises in black ops. (Find out more here: [link])

The midly sinister looking gentleman is Doctor Sforza. He's a member of a shadowy cabal of scientists whose motto is 'Knowledge is Power'. Let's just say that he's not a man concerned with ethics. (You better click on this link, or so help me... [link])

Good god, woman. LOOK AT THOSE DETAILS.

The colours work beautifully together, but the real wow factor is in the clothing details and those amazing expressions. I'm blown away, bro! This really is one of your best sketchcards yet!
