Day 4 of the 'Sketch-A-Day' challenge.

A continuation of the present Dark Knight theme.

Subject: The Joker.
Medium: Solely copic markers; no pencils!
Time: 45 mins; had to spend a bit longer trying to be accurate due to the lack of pencils. :D

Eugh, I used to do animu stuff like a total weeaboo but I had a major change in taste, thankfully, and forced myself into a major stylistic change too and decided to try and rock the western comic book style. But I think I still tend to draw in an akward hybrid style, which is annoying.

But srsly, I love the stark tones in this piece, it just works so well, great atmosphere.

I drew the exact same picture for a Birthday card a while ago and it looked waaaay lame compared to yours, man... pencils just seems so crap now.

I'm sure your pencil version was just as good.

My pencil work is shit now! I used to just use them and do realistic portraits when I was younger. Now, it's all about the comic book style... That's all I can really do.
